Jordan Arndt
Founder & Principal Consultant
Jordan Arndt is the founder and principal consultant of Cerulean Cyber Consulting. He has over 10 years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, starting at age 14 at a managed service provider where he built the foundation for his career in IT security. He holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from Dakota State University, where he also serves as a cybersecurity instructor, teaching the next generation of security professionals.
Jordan specializes in virtual CISO services and incident response planning for small and mid-sized businesses with 20 to 500 employees. His experience spans security program development, risk assessments, compliance guidance (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA), tabletop exercises, vendor risk management, and security awareness training. He brings a practical, business-first approach to every engagement, translating complex security challenges into clear, actionable plans.
Ryan Hepper
President of Business Operations
Ryan Hepper joined Cerulean Cyber Consulting in 2026 as President of Business Operations and co-owner. Ryan has a wealth of business development and management experience that helps CCC be the best company it can be on a day-to-day basis. He graduated from USD in 2018 and has been serving his South Dakota community ever since.
Ryan's experience working with small and mid-sized businesses across South Dakota gives him a deep understanding of the operational and financial realities that CCC's clients face every day. His role ensures that CCC can grow sustainably while maintaining the hands-on, relationship-driven approach that sets the firm apart.
